The Apple Support App gives you personalized access to solutions for all of your Apple products and services on your iPhone or iPad.
My role was to update the visual identity of the app and modernize it for the upcoming iOS 14 update; collaborate across multiple teams to design a consistent visual experience across the Support App; and create a design system to adapt screens for light/dark modes as well as modular components that adapted from iPhone to iPad.
