I’m a Senior Product Designer at Apple specializing in digital product design, generative AI experiences, and complex system workflows across iOS and web. With over 10 years of industry experience, including 8 years at Apple, I’ve contributed to high-impact, customer-facing initiatives including the Apple Support App redesign, Onsite Repair Service and Pick-Up & Delivery, AppleCare+ for Business Essentials, and the Apple Support Assistant, an AI-powered support feature used by millions of customers.
My work spans end-to-end product design—from early discovery and user research to interaction design, prototyping, and production-ready systems. I’m particularly drawn to projects that sit at the intersection of human-centered design and emerging technologies, where clarity, trust, and scale matter deeply.
What sets me apart is my ability to merge product thinking with audio/visual storytelling. With a background in motion, video, and immersive experiences, I use prototyping and narrative techniques to bring complex ideas to life, helping teams align quickly and users understand intuitively.
My passion for design began early. I spent summers in my father’s internet café in Mexico, where I taught myself coding and design, an experience that sparked my lifelong interest in building at the intersection of arts and technology.
I approach every project with a customer-first mindset, exploring multiple entry points into the user journey and grounding decisions in research and real-world behavior. This allows me to design experiences that are not only usable, but meaningful and effective.
Beyond my work at Apple, I teach yoga, DJ, and mentor design students through the UC Berkeley Extension. I bring curiosity, empathy, and collaboration into every team I’m part of.
