HELLO, I'M ELISHA

I'm a Senior Product Designer at Apple with 8 years at the company and over a decade of industry experience. I specialize in generative AI experiences, complex system workflows, and end-to-end product design across iOS and web.                                          
My work has shaped customer-facing products used by millions including the Apple Support App, AppleCare+ for Business Essentials, Onsite Repair, and Apple Support Assistant, an AI-powered support feature. I work across the full design lifecycle: discovery and user research, interaction design, prototyping, and production-ready systems.

I'm most drawn to problems that sit at the intersection of human-centered design and emerging technology, where clarity, trust, and scale matter deeply.

What makes my perspective unusual is the combination of product thinking and audiovisual craft. I use motion, narrative, and immersive prototyping techniques to help teams align quickly and users understand intuitively. It's a background that started early as I spent summers in my father's internet café in Mexico, teaching myself to code and design, and I've been building at the intersection of art and technology ever since.      

Outside of Apple, I teach yoga, DJ, and mentor product design students at UC Berkeley Extension.
